At Prime Dental our dedication and care extends beyond your treatment. With a desire to keep you informed and your smile healthy, we host regular info evenings to outline changes to our practice, dentistry and treatment advances and more. They are an educational, informative and fun opportunity to chat and mingle with like minded people.
First Visit
Our team at Prime Dental are committed to providing quality oral and personal care with professionalism and comfort.
We want you to understand our procedures, be informed of your treatment and comfortable with your dentists. In order to help achieve this we have outlined what you can expect throughout your first visit to Prime Dental:
1. Upon arrive at our modern practice you will be immediately welcomed by our friendly team who will request your new patients form or ask your till fill one out, detailing your medical and dental history. They will be more than happy to help with any confusing areas. Download our ‘New Patient Form’ from here.
2. In the unlikely event of a small waiting period you will be offered a beverage and provided with a range of reading material to help pass the time.
3. Upon being greeted and introduced to your dentist, they will perfrom a 50 minute Comprehensive Dental Assessment and explain the results to you.
4. A follow up appointment will then be arranged with one of our Hygienists and if further treatment is required a treatment plan will be presented at your next appointment.
Your Medical and Dental History
As a new patient Prime Dental request you to complete a medical and dental health form either at the practice on your first appointment or you can download it to complete in your own time and email or fax it back to us.
Any information you provide is only used to gain a comprehensive understanding of your medical and oral history and current state to help facilitate in providing you with the best possible treatment plan, tailored specifically towards your individual requirements.

Access for the Disabled is available via the rear entrance. There is a door bell at the base of the ramp to alert staff to your arrival.
